With IMBC, I initially served as the Treasurer, where I was responsible for managing the club's finances, collecting membership dues, creating comprehensive budget plans, and maintaining all official monetary documentation. In addition to my financial responsibilities, I was appointed as the Director of Promotions for our IMBC Showcases—live music events featuring artists from within the club.
In this leadership role, I directed a promotions team in the creation and execution of media campaigns to generate awareness and attendance. My responsibilities included designing promotional materials, such as social media graphics and event flyers, some of which were displayed on campus community boards and shared across various online platforms. Additionally, I assigned roles for event logistics, including managing the ticket booth, security, and stage assistants.
As the Director of Promotions, I also spearheaded the visual design elements of the showcases. This included creating and overseeing large-scale projections and other design settings, all of which were executed at the events under my direction.
